Customer Responsibility
Customers Must Provide Correct Information Regarding Good's Details. Pickup, and Drop Location.
All Valuable Items Like Jewellery Cash Important Documents and Key Must Be Carried Personally By The Customer.
Goods Must Be Declared Fully; EasyGo Relocation will Not be Liable for Undeclared or Prohibited items.
Explosives, flammable materials, perishable items, and illegal goods will not be transported.
RC & Insurance Copy is Mandatory When Relocating Two-wheelers or Four-wheelers.
Booking & Confirmation
All Bookings Must Be Confirmed in Writing or via Official Communication Phone Call / WhatsApp.
A Token/Advance Payment is Mandatory To Confirm The Booking.
Service Scope
EasyGo Relocation provides Packing, Loading, Transportation, Unloading, and Unpacking . (Unpacking Only Major Good's)
Free Dismantling Good's : Tv, Ro, Dish, Fan, Heater, Ups
Some Additional Services Dismantling/Reassembling Furniture (3Door Bero, Thamro Cot, Hyderlic Sofa & Cot) and AC Removing and fitting,
Storage, and another all electric Good's Fitting will be Charged Separately.
Pricing & Payments
Charges are Based on Distance, Volume of Goods, Labor Requirements, and Type of Vehicle.
Packing material cost is charged Including For Quotation. (Based on Standard Usage)
If Any Union Issue Customer Only Responsibility.
Payment Details :
Booking Confirmation - ₹1000
From Address (Loading Point) - 80%
Loading & Unloading
If Goods Need to be Lifted using Ropes/Cranes due to Narrow Stairs or Building Restrictions, Extra Charges Will Apply.
Customers are requested to guide the placement of goods during unloading.
Final Settlement
Balance Payment Must Be Cleared Upon Delivery, After Unloading.
Feedback Will Be Collected After Service Completion.
Delays & Cancellations
Delivery Timelines Are Approximate and May Vary due to Traffic, Weather, or Legal Checks.
If the Booking is Canceled within 24 hours of the move, the Advance will Not be Refunded.
Liability & Insurance
Although Utmost Care is taken, EasyGo Relocation is Not Responsible for Damages Caused by Unforeseen Events (Accidents, Natural Calamities, Fire, Theft, etc).
(Marble Stone, Fish Tank, Glassware Plant Pot, Electrical Items).
Transit Insurance is Strongly Recommended and Can be Arranged on Request.
